academician or academic practitioners

Hahaha... two types of question I should asked myself... Am I an academician or am I an academic practitioner? Well, it happens to me that I see myself more towards an academic practitioner because I still learn how to be a real academician. Everyday I encounter with lots of problem, mainly with the students and sometimes it is new. However, it is good for me as I can imrpove myself and look at learning English from a different perspective.
