it's raya time...

Well, never been to the blogging world for quite a time...

This is going to be the first year I'm celebrating Raya with my baby and hopefully my last Raya as a bachelor... Huhuhu...

I can't wait for next year as many things are coming to me (of course the good things)...

Baby, thank you shayang for all the great time you spent with me, for all the courtship you gave to me, for all the patience in entertaining my 'syndrome' (you know it better) and for everything... For that I love you so much and will always do....

See you all after Raya... Maaf Zahir dan Batin...

not in the mood...

I don't know why sometimes people like to do things to you! Something that is not good for real. Something that can make you mad. Something that can make you feel unsecured.

I really hate this actually. Really make me not in the mood. Pissed off with what had happened.

Isn't it good if everyone can do their own job without disturbing others' privacy? Just let me be in my own world. Stop buzzing around in my life and get the fucking brat ass out from my face. Huh, I started to use that four letters word because I'm totally pissed off with what had happened. I think I better off now before things started to turn worst.

comment on brain power...

The article was actually taken from e-comm, a web page for UMP users. It is interesting on how people look at certain way differently from others.

I wish more people who can think critically (on the solution) are born today so that we don't have to live in the same situation anymore...

brain power....

Case 1
When NASA began the launch of astronauts into space,
they found out that the pens wouldn't work at zero gravity (ink
won't flow down to the writing surface). To solve this problem,
it took them one decade and $12 million. They developed a pen
that worked at zero gravity, upside down, underwater, in practically
any surface including crystal and in a temperature range from
below freezing to over 300 degrees C.

And what did the Russians do...?? They used a pencil.

Case 2
One of the most memorable case studies on Japanese
management was the case of the empty soapbox, which happened in
one of Japan 's biggest cosmetics companies. The company received
a complaint that a consumer had bought a soapbox that was empty.
Immediately the authorities isolated the problem to the assembly
line, which transported all the packaged boxes of soap to the
delivery department. For some reason, one soapbox went through
the assembly line empty.
Management asked its engineers to solve the problem.
Post-haste, the engineers worked hard to devise an X-ray machine
with high-resolution monitors manned by two people to
watch all the soapboxes that passed through the line to make sure
they were not empty. No doubt, they worked hard and they worked
fast but they spent a whoopee amount to do so.
But when a rank-and-file employee in a small company
was posed with the same problem, he did not get into complications
of X-rays, etc., but instead came out with another solution.
He bought a strong industrial electric fan and pointed
it at the assembly line. He switched the fan on, and as each
soapbox passed the fan, it simply blew the empty boxes out of the
line.

Moral: Always look for simple solutions.

Devise the simplest possible solution that solves
the problems

Always Focus on solutions & not on problems

dilemma...

Some people say that certain thing can not be regret of... I agree with it but sometimes, the thing that we had to let it go keep on striking our mind... Everyday, every moment, every second...

At this particular time, I'm facing the situation and I kind of don't like it very much... It somewhat had affect my works, my concentration on other things as well as my daily normal life...

What should I do? Should I consult someone good at this thing? Should I ask my seniors on what their opinion is? Or should I just let it go like that?

The main thing now I can not bear with all the pain of thinking the same thing again and again... I wish I can solve this thing as quickly as I can...

Can anyone help me?

stressful...

The art of convincing?

Any idea?

How good are you in convincing people to believe in you?

How about internal and external matters that keep you away from believing in someone?

Huh... A very hard subject for me... Big problem with this (putting entire believe in people)...

Tension...
